Six Weeks Reconnecting To Your Intuition, Needs, And Desires.

You’ve Built The Life

You have the career, the credentials, and the celebrations, but something inside of it still doesn’t feel right.

Maybe it’s showing up in your body: the inflammation, the fatigue, the weight gain, or the tension that’s become part of who you are. Maybe it’s the guilt of having so much and still feeling like this. Or maybe it’s quieter than that: you understand exactly what you’re carrying, you’ve explained it a hundred times, and it’s still there.

You’re not ungrateful or broken, but something is off.

RESET

RESET is six weeks of learning to let your body be your guide so that every decision you make centers your needs first.

RESET shows you a way back into your body through nervous system regulation, ancestral connection, breathwork, and somatic practice. It helps you let go of what was never yours to carry, remember what you actually want, and step into the woman who was always underneath the role-playing.

You Don’t Need More. You Need To Finally Put Something Down.

The Difference Most Healing Misses:

Understanding something and actually realising it are not the same thing. You can trace a feeling all the way back to its origin, name it, explain it, see exactly what it is, and still carry it. Because understanding lives in the mind, and what you’re carrying lives in the body.

Those are different locations. They need different tools.

Breathwork reaches where talking stops. Somatic practice moves what years of processing are left in place. Ancestral connection gives you access to support you didn’t know you had permission to ask for. These aren’t tools to replace the work you’ve already done, but the tools to access the layer underneath it.

  • Six Weeks From Now You Will Feel Different

By The End Of RESET You Will Have:

Nervous System

That knows how to find its way back to the center. It’s not about knowing how to get back to your equilibrium.

Released

At least one identity, obligation, or inherited story that was never really yours to carry.

A Relationship

With your own body as a source of information, not something to manage of push through.

Felt Sense

Of what you actually want, not what you’ve been trained to want, and not what makes sense given your career path.

Women

Who witnessed you transform. To be witnessed is to be seen, heard, and felt.

A Clear

Aligned path forward built from desire, not urgency.

You might be exactly who this is for if…

You’ve achieved what you were supposed to achieve

The career, the credentials, and the life that looks right from the outside. And something still doesn’t feel right. You’re definitely not ungrateful, but something is missing that you can’t quite name.

Your body has been trying to tell you something: the inflammation, the fatigue, the skin that keeps reaching, the weight that won’t shift, the tension that lives in your shoulders and jaw. You’ve tried all the things. Nothing fully resolves it.

You’re good at understanding yourself: you can explain your patterns, trace your wounds, articulate exactly what you’re carrying. You’ve read the books, done the therapy, and it’s still here in your body, unchanged.

You want to be in a room: where you don’t have to explain the whole context of what it means to be who you are. Where that’s already understood.

This is not for you if…

You want someone to hand you a step-by-step plan and tell you exactly what to do next.

You’re not willing to slow down long enough to feel what’s actually happening inside you.

You’re not ready to trust a process that works through the body, not just through thinking.

What People Are Saying

“One woman came in carrying guilt she couldn’t name. Not guilt about one thing. Guilt about everything. She felt it when she was working, and when she wasn’t working. When she took time for herself, she felt guilty. When she couldn’t be present, she felt guilty. Even joy had a ceiling. The strong inner monologue was always running. During the desire mapping exercise, the main thing she wanted was not to feel guilty. In the affirmative, she wanted to feel peace, so she claimed it. "

“I claim the right to be who I am, feel what I feel, and own what I want and need without guilt or performance.”

— She said it out loud. In front of a witness. And when she did, something in her body confirmed it was true.

One woman described herself as “not tuned in”. She described herself as always rushing, always outwardly focused, and moving so fast she couldn’t hear what was happening inside her. She’d wanted to slow down for years, but she just didn’t know how, or if it was even allowed. By the final session, something had shifted. In a quiet Sunday morning meditation, a new career path dropped in. Not from a job board or a strategy session. From stillness. She used her skills and her desire as a compass. When she started reaching from that point, the opportunities she saw matched every quality her Human Design said she was built for.

“That was a major breakthrough. It came to me in the meditative state you encouraged us into.”

— She came in rushing. She left with a direction she'd found by finally slowing down enough to hear it.

One woman came in carrying a voice she’d mistaken for her own: “It doesn’t matter what I want.” The belief had been handed to her through years of having her needs dismissed and her desires treated as inconvenient. She’d become fluent in everyone else’s needs. She could read a room, meet a moment, and show up exactly as required. What she couldn’t do was answer a simple question: How do you want to feel?

When the question finally landed in the right way, something opened. She realized the voice telling her what she wanted didn’t matter, wasn’t hers. And she realized she had been hearing it everywhere: in how she worked, how she showed up for her family, and how she moved through her own body.

In RESET, she recognized where her needs were being met in small moments and identified the steps she needed to take to turn those moments into regular occurrences.

“I have a reference point now for what it feels like to have autonomy while still being in relationship with someone else. That’s what I found.”

— She came in not knowing what she wanted. She left understanding how to honor her needs while staying connected to others.
