We might share your event at our own discretion, but we’re not responsible for its promotion.
Rental time should include the time you need for set-up and clean-up.

Arrive 15–30 minutes early to set up and ground before your session begins.
Respect noise levels and timing.
Leave the space clean, organized, and ready for the next class.
Candles and incense are welcome with care and supervision.
Treat everyone—guests, staff, and neighbors—with kindness and respect.
Events & Class Standards
Payments and deposits are processed through Asha’s Place systems.
Payouts for instructors and collaborators are issued on Tuesdays following the event or class week.
Transaction fees are deducted before calculating payouts.

Deposits and administrative fees are non-refundable.
If a host cancels, their deposit or fee is forfeited.
If an event is rescheduled, it must take place within 60 days of the original date, or the deposit is forfeited.
If Asha’s Place cancels an event, any deposit or fee will be refunded in full.
