The Studio 6 Membership

For individuals earning Portuguese wages.

    • 6 classes per month (≈ €7.50 each)

    • Pilates and other classes, taught in Portuguese or by a Portuguese-speaking instructor.

    • 1 per month, for classes that are not already filled

    • You will have priority in the classes designated under this membership. When the class fills, you’ll be on the waitlist.

  • 15% off classes outside your membership, events, workshops, readings, and rentals.

The Studio 8 Membership

Open to everyone. The full studio experience.

  • 8 classes per month (≈ €12.50 each)

  • 1 per month, for any class that is not already filled

  • 1 free workshop per quarter

  • Join Matcha and Co-Work on Wednesdays form 10am–6pm for free

  • Get the details about upcoming workshops and retreats before they are released to the public

  • 15% off events, readings, rentals and extra classes

Which one is for me?

If you work in Portugal on a local salary, apply for the Studio 6 membership. This membership is reserved for local wage-earners so we remain accessible to the community.

If you earn wages outside Portugal, or want full access to the schedule, co-working, and workshops, choose the Studio 8 Membership.

Why Two Rates?

I'm an American living in Lisbon, which means I come from a stronger economy and am aware of my impact on the cost of living.

I've also been on the other side. As someone who spent nearly 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, I watched my city change during the tech boom. I know what it feels like to be displaced by the new businesses arriving around you and to become less at home in a place that was already yours.

I'm also a business owner, and running the studio costs real money.

So here's what I've landed on. At least two economies operate in Portugal right now: one based on the local wage earners and the other on access to foreign economies. Pricing as though there's only one excludes the community I feel fortunate to be part of.

This membership acknowledges the multiple realities we live in. It's a commitment to the community, written into how the business operates. As they say, don’t just talk about it, be about it.

If you live here on local wages, the Studio 6 Membership is for you. I see you, I want you in this space, and you are welcome here.

  • We review every application and may ask a few questions.

  • Community classes are marked in the schedule and in the booking app.

  • Spots are limited. When we reach capacity, we open a waitlist.

  • Other classes are open to you at the drop-in rate, with 15% off.

  • If your situation changes, tell us, and we'll move you to the standard rate at your next billing date.

❋ Local Community details

  • The free quarterly workshop applies to studio-hosted workshops. Guest-led workshops and ticketed events may be excluded, and we'll say so when we announce them.

  • Priority registration means you hear first and get a short window to book. It doesn't guarantee a place.

  • Co-working is first come, first served and may pause for private events or retreats.

    • Credits activate on the day you join and renew on the same date each month.

    • They're valid for one month. Unused credits expire and don't carry over.

    • Booking closes 2 hours before class. Cancel at least 6 hours before and your credit returns.

  • Yes. Once every 12 months, for one billing cycle. It's free. Email us at least 7 days before your payment date, and your billing date will move forward.

  • Email us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your credits stay available until the end of the cycle you've paid for.

  • Get in touch. We review extensions or a freeze case by case.

  • No. Memberships are personal, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Apply and tell us about your situation. We'll take it from there.
