• Pay a flat hourly rate 

  • Hourly Rate without Kitchen Access: €60/hour for the first three hours, €50/hour for three or more hours

  • Hourly Rate with Kitchen Access: €80/hour for the first three hours, €70/hour for three or more hours

  • Minimum 2-hour rental required​

  • A 30% deposit confirms your booking; the remaining balance is due one week before the event.

• Pay 30% of gross sales

  • A non-refundable €50 administrative fee may be required to confirm the booking.

• Asha’s Place may share your event at its discretion, but is not responsible for promotion.

• Your rental time should include the time you need to setup and clean up.

   

Your Responsibilities

• Set up, clean up, and return the studio to its original condition.

• Providing any staff or support you require.

• Assuming full liability for all guests, activities, and damages.

For instructors leading recurring classes such as yoga, Pilates, dance, or movement.

Revenue Split

• 70% Instructor / 30% Asha’s Place (based on gross registration revenue).

Promotion & Marketing

• The class will be listed on Asha’s Place website and promoted through our channels as a supplement to your own promotion.

• Instructors are responsible for ongoing marketing and engagement with their community.

• Asha’s Place may share or highlight classes at its discretion.

• All marketing materials referencing Asha’s Place must use approved logos and language.

Registration & Payout

• All students register through Asha’s Place booking systems (e.g., Yogo).

• Payouts are issued on Tuesdays following each class week.

• If there are no enrollments, no payout will be made.

• The instructor absorbs any loss if only one person registers.

Cancellations

• Last-minute cancellations (day before or day of class) will be noted.

• After two last-minute cancellations, Asha’s Place reserves the right to remove the instructor from the schedule.

Trial Period & Termination

• All new instructors begin with a 30-day trial period.

• Asha’s Place reserves the right to terminate the relationship at any time if the partnership no longer feels aligned.

Responsibilities

• Instructors are responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Classes must begin and end on time.

• Instructors must carry their own instructor insurance and agree to indemnify Asha’s Place from liability.

• Student contact information may not be used outside Asha’s Place communications without consent.

For one-off events co-produced with Asha’s Place, Lisbon.

Revenue Share

• 50% Asha’s Place / 50% Collaborator (based on gross sales).

Deposit

• A non-refundable €50 administrative fee confirms your collaboration and covers coordination and marketing setup.

Promotion

• Asha’s Place will design branded promotional materials and promote through select channels, including:

  • Instagram and TikTok

  • Email newsletter

  • Website or Yogo booking site

  • Eventbrite

  • WhatsApp community

• The studio determines which channels best fit the event.

• Promotional materials (bio, photo, description) must be submitted at least 21 days before the promotion begins.

• All event content and imagery must be approved for alignment with Asha’s Place values and mission.

Sales & Payouts

• All ticket sales are processed through Asha’s Place systems.

• Asha’s Place handles refunds and transaction fees.

• Payouts are made on the Tuesday following the event.

Responsibilities

• Both parties share setup and cleanup duties.

• Staffing and costs will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

• Ticket pricing must be finalized before the promotion begins.
