Hey y'all, I hope you're doing all right. I am really excited to drop this webinar replay here on the podcast. A couple of weeks ago, I ran a webinar called "Energy Healing Explained for the Skeptics, the Saints, and the Seekers." So it was designed to teach you about the science behind energy healing to draw parallels between what you think energy healing is and where you see it in your daily life. And then I extended an invitation to the group to join
my new Intuitive Connection through Ancestral Healing group program for women who are looking to expand their intuitive capacity. They want to be able to listen to the intuition, to hear their guides, and then to be able to make decisions with their intuition at the forefront. So I am going to add the webinar here because it's really, really good, but I just wanted to introduce it to you so that you knew exactly what I was talking about.
When you are done listening to the webinar, you are invited to join me for the group healing container that starts January 26, which is a Saturday, January 26, 2025 already. I cannot believe it. This is a 12 week container where I will teach you how to expand your capacity to perceive and trust and follow your intuition.
that We are going to meet three Saturdays a month and that's it for three months. So three Saturdays a month for the first three months of the new year. And the first two Saturdays, we're going to be doing workshops and teachings. I'm going to share information with you, whether it's the science or practices or different concepts in the intuitive and energy healing realm. So you know what the heck is going on. Before I could really fully trust my intuition,
I needed to understand the science and the logic behind it so then I could trust and not have to rely so heavily on logic. So I want to be able to give that to you because I know a lot of us have questions and a lot of us have heard things from the time that we were kids about it being spooky stuff or witchy stuff or scary stuff. Being a witch is like cool these days, but there are still some questions that you probably have because you've been told things to distance you from this internal connection that you have. So.

The first two Saturdays of the month are going to be about teaching, and then the third Saturday of the month is going to be a breathwork session where you just get to come and relax and receive. And these breathwork sessions are so powerful for the people who have attended my breathwork sessions before. It's 90 minutes of just being able to rest and connect. A lot of people go to sleep, and it doesn't mean that stuff isn't happening in the background because it is. They wake up feeling refreshed, they wake up with...
new connections and thoughts they weren't even consciously thinking of. They wake up feeling like they can conquer the world and that the things that they've been working on throughout the week are starting to kind of sink in and integrate into their being. Between our sessions, we will have journal prompts and I will create workbooks and worksheets or give you the ones that I already have that I think are appropriate for what we're doing. And you will also be able to stay connected whenever you want to with the Slack community.
I'm really, really excited about this container.
